UltraVPS offers premium, fully-managed, Linux-based VPS hosting plans. Using an open source virtualization technology called OpenVZ, we are able to to divide up a physical server into several Virtual Machines, on which we install a full operating system for each of our customers. By giving each of our customers their own operating environment, we are able to provide the power, flexibility, and level of control normally associated with expensive dedicated servers, but at a significantly lower cost.

All of our VPS plans are hosted on cutting-edge server hardware. Each of our VPS server nodes features dual quad-core Intel Xeon CPU's, a minimum of 24GB or RAM, and utilizes a RAID-10 redundant storage array. Our servers are strategically located in a fully-redundant private datacenter facility located in Las Vegas, Nevada - one of the least disaster-prone locations in the entire U.S. They are connected to the internet via our BGP4 multi-homed network, with multiple gigabit fiber uplinks to premium bandwidth providers such as BTN/PCCW, Level(3), and Global Crossing.
