You can upgrade your management plan at the time of your order by selecting the "Advanced Management" option during the checkout process, or you can add it at a later time by contacting our sales department.
Notes:
System Administration - All UltraVPS plans are unmanaged by default. You can upgrade to a fully managed VPS at any time, which adds 2 hours of system administration time each month. Services marked with an asterisk* above are billed against your included system administration time in 15 minute increments. Any tasks you request that exceed your included time will be billed at our standard rates of $60/hr after your free time is exhausted.
Qualified Plans - In order to qualify for Advanced Management, your VPS must include one of our control panel options (cPanel, InterWorx or DirectAdmin). Support for VPS servers ordered without a control panel is provided on a 'best effort' basis only.
Apache / PHP Recompile - Due to the complex nature of recompiling Apache and PHP from the command line, we offer this service only as supported by your particular control panel selection - command line recompiles are not provided. Depending on your selected control panel and the speed of your VPS, a recompile may exceed the time included with our Advanced Management plan, and therefore our standard rates would apply for any additional time. If we believe your situation may result in billable charges, our techs will do our best to notify you before proceeding with any work.
